Trolley Busbar General Information
Trolley Busbar Energy Distribution Systems is designed to power mobile machinery. The current collector car, which provides electrical transfer from the trolley busbar, is mechanically connected to the mobile system and moves along with the system to provide uninterrupted electrical transfer.
It consists of insulated busbars and a moving current collector car. Problems encountered in energy distribution are eliminated with the use of suspended and reeled cables in conventional systems.

Current Collectors
The current collector moves along the busbar. The current pick-up brushes, which wear out over time, can easily be replaced. By positioning the electrical cross arm on the machine to be fed, the console to which the current collector car is connected and is attached to the electrical cross arm and moves with the machine along the conductor.
- What are the Types of Current Collectors?
- Terminal Current Collector Trolley: Terminal current collector trolleys allows the user to do the wiring as they require, with the terminal included.
- Current Collector including Fuse Box: With the fuse box current collectors, the safety of both personnel and the devices receiving the current can be transferred to a higher level. In addition, when one of the devices needs to be disconnected on a line where more than one device is operating, the current is disconnected by means of a fuse, thereby allowing other devices on the line to continue to operate.
- Round Coal Current Collector: It facilitates the movement of the trolley on the busbar by reducing friction,in cases where the movement is provided by the personnel at the assembly tables.
