Conductor
Full-length tin-plated copper conductorBusbar system (MV-CR) is moulded by combining Copper conductors within a tin-plated profile frame. The material is lighter than sheet metal. Furthermore, rather low hysteresis losses resulting from low temperature rise in the frame ensure minimization of power loss in the system. The frame also ensures grounding on the busbar.
MV (Medium Voltage Busbar) consists of Copper conductors embedded within a homogeneous insulation alloy of pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin, thereby ensuring high mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
E-Line MV Series Busbar Systems are utilized in facilities for horizontal or vertical energy distribution. Medium Voltage Busbar Systems are manufactured for power transmission and distribution requirements in high-security structures and facilities. The MV Cast Resin Busbar is developed for power systems ranging between 12 kV–17.5 kV and 950A–5000A.
The E-Line MV Series Busbar Systems, the newest addition to the "E-Line Busbar Product Group," are manufactured with state-of-the-art technology, starting at 12 kV and 17.5 kV, ensuring safe and effective power transmission. MV CR is manufactured within a single frame, with Copper conductors embedded in an insulation material consisting of an alloy of exclusively selected silicon minerals and epoxy resin. The Medium Voltage Cast Resin Busbar system is designed to perform at 12 kV and 17.5 kV and is manufactured for use up to 5000A as a standard application.
