URC (Uni-Rail Conductor) Trolley Busbar are designed where each conductor is assembled as a separate line and the current collector car performs uninterrupted energy transfer to the device.
E-Line URC Trolley Busbar can be used indoors and outdoors, in harsh conditions as the conductors are in separate housings. Eliminates the use of suspended and reeled cables in conventional system.

The Trolley Busbar system from E-Line URC consists of several components: insulated conductors carrying current along the axis of movement, current collector trolleys that allow energy to be collected at desired points, feed elements supplying power at necessary points, expansion elements, additional elements for body connections, termination elements for safely terminating the line at the beginning and end points of the system, and suspension elements for supporting the system.
- Safety of personnel is at maximum level with the insulation of conductors.
- In the high-current series E-Line URC-1 and URC-1-X, aluminum conductors are used with stainless steel bearings to reinforce the conductor surfaces against wear and ensure long life. The insulation of the conductors ensures maximum personnel safety.
