Lighting and Low-Power Busbar System (25A-40A-63A)

E-Line KY-S Busbar Systems has been designed for buildings and industrial facilities which have lighting and outlet circuits with minor electrical machinery and equipment that requires three phase and/or single phase electricity with 25A,40A and 63A.

KY-S Busbar with its 10A – 16A tap-off plugs and 32A tap-off boxes are being manufactured on fully automated machines that uses the most recent technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and its quality assurance system certification. Products have been designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and fully tested. Busbar housings are being manufactured from pre-galvanized sheet metal, it could also be manufactured in RAL 7038 colour on request.

E-Line KY-S

It is utilized to provide electrical current to single lighting circuits and emergency lighting circuits with equipment that requires minimum power at factories, offices, and parking garages. For a single housing, it has 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 conductors with the opportunity to use single or three-phase electricity.

E-Line KY-S DALI

It is used to provide electricity to single DALI-controlled automation circuits and lighting fixtures. For a single housing, it has 6 conductors with the opportunity to use as single or three-phase.

  • Has a structure to minimize current resistance at joint points and blocks overheating at contact points with its silver-plated spring contacts
  • Tap-off plugs that have various colours depending on phases with special lock mechanism
  • Tap-off plugs and boxes are designed to prevent misuse and shock by electricity by different addressing structures
  • Various colours have been used on tap-off plugs and boxes which are located on the cap, housing and cable entry point connectors to make the phase, function and features visible
  • It is compatible to be used inside all ceilings, walls and colon applications with flexible turn modules and its attachments
